Enquiries and submissions
When online delivery is configured, the form sends the name, email, company, message and any listing details you provide to our inbox. We use them to respond and review your request. Submissions are not published automatically. We agree on any vendor-supplied profile material before publication.
Service providers
The site is designed for Cloudflare hosting. Online forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention and Resend for email delivery. These providers may process request information needed to operate their services. The form loads Turnstile only when delivery is configured. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
Email fallback
If online delivery is unavailable, you can compose a message in your email app. The site does not send that email for you. Your email provider handles delivery when you choose to send it.
Saved and compared tools
Your shortlist and comparison are stored in local storage in this browser. They are not connected to an account or synced across devices. Remove tools individually or clear site data to erase these preferences.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are handled in our email inbox. We keep correspondence while it is needed to answer your request and maintain any resulting business relationship. We do not currently operate an automated deletion schedule. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied; records needed for an ongoing agreement may need to be retained.
Analytics and operational logs
We use Google Analytics 4 on the production website to understand page visits, vendor-link clicks, directory use and enquiries. Analytics loads without a consent banner and may use first-party cookies for up to 180 days. You can turn analytics off using the footer control; that preference is stored in this browser. We disable Google advertising signals and ad personalisation. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, messages or raw search terms to Analytics, and reported page URLs omit query strings and fragments. Read Google’s privacy policy. Hosting, spam prevention and email providers may process operational logs under their own policies.
External sites
Vendor websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a vendor link takes you outside Travel AI Stack.
