Editorial policy

Evidence first. Clear commercial lines.

How products enter the directory, how we describe them, and how you can help keep it accurate.

What belongs here

A listing needs an identifiable provider, a working product website, a concrete use case for travel businesses and publicly documented AI functionality. General tools can be included when their use in travel is clear; we identify them as general products rather than implying they were built for hospitality.

What our research establishes

We read first-party product pages, documentation and pricing information. We describe the supported workflow, intended user, integration considerations and limitations. A source review is not a security audit, performance benchmark or hands-on test. Vendor marketing claims are not independently verified results.

Selection and ordering

Editorial order is a manually maintained sequence intended to show a mix of categories and business types. It is not a score, popularity chart or best-to-worst ranking. You can filter by audience, category and pricing model or sort alphabetically. Saved and compared tools are chosen by you.

Commercial relationships

The launch catalogue is unpaid. Enhanced profiles may include additional vendor-supplied screenshots and Q&A, identified as supplied by the vendor. Featured placements are labelled Sponsored, appear separately from editorial results and use sponsored outbound links. Payment cannot buy a favourable review, a higher editorial position or removal of a factual caveat.

Maintenance and corrections

Each listing records when its sources were reviewed. Prices, integrations and product names can change. We review reported factual errors and attach supported updates to the relevant record. Paid profile refreshes are scheduled quarterly; the free catalogue does not yet have a guaranteed review frequency.

Report a correction or claim a listing, including the product URL and a source for the change. Public factual corrections are free. We may ask vendors to verify affiliation before accepting ownership or commercial changes.

When a listing is removed

We may remove products that are unavailable, no longer meet the scope, misrepresent their capabilities or cannot be supported by reliable information. A paid relationship does not exempt a product from these criteria.
